By accessing or using CityOnView, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
CityOnView is an online platform designed to help users discover art exhibitions, galleries, artists, and cultural events in their city.
We provide exhibition organizers, galleries, artists, and related businesses with opportunities to list and promote exhibitions on our platform.
Exhibition organizers, galleries, artists, or authorized representatives may submit exhibition details for publication on CityOnView.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is:
Accurate
Complete
Up to date
Lawful
Not misleading
CityOnView reserves the right to edit formatting, correct obvious errors, or reject any listing that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
Certain exhibition listings or promotional services may require payment.
The applicable fee will be displayed before payment is completed.
A listing will normally be published after successful payment and any required review by CityOnView.
All payments made for paid exhibition listings or promotional listing services on CityOnView are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
By making payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
The payment is made for the reservation, processing, and publication of your exhibition listing.
Once payment has been completed, CityOnView will not issue a refund, return the money, or reverse the payment, whether or not the exhibition later changes, is postponed, is cancelled, or you decide not to proceed with the listing.
Refunds will not be provided simply because you change your mind after making payment.
This no-refund policy applies to all paid listing packages and promotional services offered by CityOnView.
CityOnView may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional situations such as:
Duplicate payments caused by a technical error.
A payment made in error due to a verified system malfunction.
A listing that CityOnView is unable to publish due solely to an internal technical issue.
Any such exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide a refund in other circumstances.
If your exhibition date, venue, or other details change after your listing has been published, you may contact CityOnView to request an update.
CityOnView may update the listing where reasonably possible. Updating a listing does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
If an exhibition is cancelled after a paid listing has been purchased, CityOnView may, where reasonably possible, update the listing to indicate that the event has been cancelled.
The cancellation of an exhibition does not entitle the organizer to a refund of the listing fee.
You agree not to:
Submit false or misleading information.
Upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
Use CityOnView for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Misrepresent your relationship with an exhibition, artist, or gallery.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
The CityOnView website, branding, design, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to CityOnView and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Exhibition organizers retain ownership of the materials they submit but grant CityOnView a non-exclusive right to display those materials on the website and related promotional channels for the purpose of promoting the exhibition and CityOnView.
CityOnView may contain links to galleries, ticketing websites, artist websites, social media pages, or other third-party services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party websites.
CityOnView acts as an information and discovery platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CityOnView is not responsible for:
Cancellation or postponement of exhibitions.
Changes to exhibition schedules or venues.
Errors in information supplied by exhibition organizers.
Losses arising from attendance or non-attendance at an event.
Indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our website.
CityOnView reserves the right to remove, suspend, or refuse any listing that:
Violates these Terms & Conditions.
Contains unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Infringes the rights of another person.
May harm the reputation or operation of CityOnView.
Where a listing is removed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions, the listing fee will not be refunded.
CityOnView may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of CityOnView after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of CityOnView shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
